The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Recently completely renovated, it has a spacious living, kitchen, 3 bedrooms accommodating up to six persons. Situated along the hiking path 'Grote Polderpad', you can visit wind mills, spot waterbirds, and enjoy the alpaca's at our farm (shearing occurs this weekend). The house is ideally located for day trips to the beach, Leiden, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Kinderdijk, etc.

(for use of 1p bedroom see below at Access for guests). You have lots of privacy: all the services are only used by you and the apartment has its own entrance. You can use (city)bikes for free and payed parking in our street is included. The B&B is Contact Free!

Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is quietly located but in the center of Leiden (old city) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located in the harbor area, close to the marina, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks. Leiden is known for its many museums, but certainly also for the rich water sports area in the area, the beautiful canals in and around the old city, the historic buildings and the atmosphere that a university city brings with it.

The wagon shed is located on a former farmyard near Leiden, the sea and lakes. It is a beautiful green area with a forest in the backyard and 10 minutes by bike to the heart of Leiden city center and 15 minutes by car to the sea. Furthermore, it is located between Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 10 minutes drive to The Hague. The location is amazing. Our guests can use 1 parking space on the property. Parties and pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.
