Cottage holiday rentals in Leeds and Grenville United Counties

Sean’s cottage is beautiful. The lake is lovely and very private. We didn’t use the kayaks or paddle board but they are available and easy to access the water via a lovely dock. We sat on the dock on the comfy Adirondack chairs. The cottage has lovely renovated bathrooms and the furniture is very comfy and nicely arranged. We also enjoyed sitting in the sun room just off the kitchen. The town of Perth has a lot of nice restaurants and shops. It’s less than a 20 minute drive into town. This is our 2nd time staying at Sean’s and we plan to return again next year. 5 star rating from me and my family!

Beautiful little cottage, views were to die for. Cottage was very clean and looked like the photos. Price was very reasonable and would definitely book again if in the area.

We had an Incredible stay at this cottage. The place was sparkling clean and the host was excellent. The area is quiet and perfect for an outdoorsy weekend with family. The hot tub and fireplace were such a bonus, and the lake was perfect. I definitely recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a cozy weekend getaway!

We had a great family week away at David’s place and as a host he was super helpful. The view from the window/hot-tub/deck was fantastic, shame we could not bring it home with us! The weather was not great for the week, meaning limited time on the lake. We did manage a day on a hired boat, the other days we went on day trips to local towns and Ottawa by train from Brockville. We also did a city cruise of 1000 islands and attended the annual 1000 islands rib fest. The house was well equipped with all we needed for a great family stay and a relaxing week. For a BBQ recommend a trip to “The Butcher Shop”.

We loved our stay with our family and four legged friends! Great location close to our family and easy travel to Elgin for food and Westport for shops and Brewery!

This place is in a beautiful location directly on the Rideau River. It felt very private and inviting. The outdoor space is fantastic with a large yard, plenty of seating options, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen and the possibility of doing water activities, or simply relaxing. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It was a nice treat to watch a few boats or kayaks go by, or to see wildlife on the river while sitting at the kitchen table having coffee and breakfast. It was funny to see the goats and chickens perk up and watch us, or run up to the fence as we were driving by. They are so cute! It’s a great place to unwind and relax. The extra little touches, such as fresh eggs and s’mores were welcomed. I would highly recommend Kiara’s place and would stay again if the opportunity came up.

The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Waterfront has a nice dock and lots of fish in the lake. The outdoor fire pit and outdoor bbq are also great. We had an amazing time there!

We had a great weekend stay at the cottage! Cam and Karley were super responsive, and accommodating of us for early check in and late check out. The cottage was well stocked with kitchen basics, and super clean and cute! As described, the main house is also closeby on the property, but we were left with full peaceful privacy the entire time. There are some beautiful walking trails in the area, including the South Frontenac just a ten minute walk down the main road. We appreciated the binder of local recommendations, as well as how pet-friendly it is, with a dog bed available and even a towel and poop bags by the door. Because it’s a beautifully wooded area, on the rainy days we did need to be vigilant to pick ticks off the dog, but we appreciated that the cottage was equipped with a tick removal kit in case we needed it, and we didn’t encounter any when it was nice out. If we hadn’t had a dog with us, we wouldn’t have noticed a thing because we were never finding them on ourselves!

If your looking for beautiful scenery and beautiful, peaceful environment this is the place. Ellen is a very responsive host. I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful and peaceful location right by the lake surrounded by trees. Host was kind and responsive, cabin is older but functional and has everything you need. The view from the balcony overlooks the lake and you can enjoy your meal there or have barbecue. There is also direct access to the lake and you can use the motor boat and the canoes. We were here in the fall with our two dogs and really enjoyed the colors on the trees. Be aware that there are ticks and if you bring a dog, they absolutely need to have protection against ticks. Would recommend to those who appreciate nature and are not looking for luxury but a cozy cabin experience.

This cottage was super cute, squeaky clean and the location was beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. I would highly recommend it and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The house was fantastic. We stayed there while my daughter competed in a hockey tournament in Kingston. It was an easy drive to the city. The place was clean, had games for the kids, and plenty to do outdoors. There are a few grocery/quickie stores just a few minutes away and a couple of restaurants. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of much needed space after a long car ride. We would totally book this place again for the next tournament. Thanks Simon and Winnie for a great trip!

Private property that we truly enjoyed! The lake was so clean and the whole property was well maintained. Inside of the house was a mixture of modern and vintage design. The couch and chairs were all so comfortable. The rooms are spacious with washrooms. The linens and towels were all clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need! We love how the utensils and cookwares are quality. The wifi works pretty well and they also have books available for reading. The owners have a mini garden and they allowed us to grab some of their planted veggies! We really loved this place and we love how friendly and accommodating the owners were. We’re so blessed to spend our weekend in this property just to relax and spend quality time with family. Totally worth it!

Lacey's cottage on the lake was absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful. Lots of birds. Use of the Kayaks were an added bonus. We really enjoyed exploring the lake and watching the sunsets. There is a neighboring house but the neighbors weren't there at the time so we had the point all to ourselves. It was great!

We love this cottage! We rent a cottage near Westport every summer, and this one was for sure one we’d come back to. It’s only 2 minutes down a gravel road (incredibly short) and a 9 minutes down drive to the grocery store, while still being beautifully quiet on the lake. We saw tons of deer and did lots of swimming. Highly recommend. Also highly recommend the driving range just down the road! We “worked from home” for the week, and the wifi was more than capable of supporting that (not necessarily city speeds, but for video on meetings and Netflix it was perfectly fine!)

From the moment I arrived I was relaxed. I spent 5 weeks at Tracy's and enjoyed every minute. The space was well organized and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds are comfortable but what I enjoyed most of all was the calm peaceful surroundings and incredible view. Since the house is up high, you have good vantage of the lake from the inside of the cottage. I could work away - glance up and feel instant calm. I enjoyed walking the surrounding area in the mornings and evenings and popping into the Generations restaurant. I plan to return.

We had a wonderful family stay at Fernbrae for Thanksgiving. Kim & Bill are amazing hosts, easy to communicate with and always available. The kitchen is well equipped and the cottage is clean and has everything you need. It also has an amazing history while still being well maintained and updated. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed spending time on the front lawn and doing a campfire. Kim & Bill also gave us great recommendations! Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to come back!

Spotlessly clean and fully set up and stocked with anything you could want. It's a beautiful location. I was there in late November, but could bundle up and watch the beautiful sunsets. It's a very comfortable, peaceful cottage that felt like a home away from home. It is the cleanest AirBnb I have ever stayed in. Patricia and Steve were great to communicate with. They were warm and welcoming with clear instructions and helpful suggestions. It's a quick and easy drive into Ottawa. I highly recommend this lovely spot.

Yvonne hosted my team and I for an entire month, she was an excellent host, incredibly responsive. The place an excellent spot for relaxing after a long day of field work.
