Had a great weekend stay. The place is in such a nice quiet location. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Darryl was easy to reach if I had any questions. Overall great host and great place to stay.

This was our second time here and will probably come again to get some peace and quiet. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

This home was nothing short of comfort, and privacy! Feels very secluded and all of the amenities were amazing, hot tub worked great and hosts were available if needing anything!

Angela was a very nice woman, she responded very quickly if i had any questions. The cottage was beautiful and very comfortable and cozy. Love her decor. Very highly recommended.

We spent 4 nights to do some ice fishing. We had 9 people in total and had more than enough room. Everything was spotless and as described in the listing. As a bonus, we had a very successful fishing trip! The property looks like it would be fabulous in the summer as well.

My wife and I stayed here the first two nights of our marriage and couldn’t have made a better choice. Quiet, beautiful surroundings. The hot tub was great. There was great hiking right out the front door. Bring snowshoes if you visit during winter and just head up the road past the reservoir. As other guests have said, there’s a very friendly red squirrel who will come eat peanuts (provided by the host) right out of your hand. The kitchen was generally very well supplied. Lots of pots and pans, usable knives, and almost any accessory one might need. There’s even a mortar and pestle.

I had such an amazing experience with my family at Rita’s home. Check in was incredibly easy, the home was inviting and warm and the view was everything even though the lake was frozen over, we enjoyed every second of our time there. Thank you Rita

This was my first experience with an air BnB, and it will not be my last! Especially with Liane. Aside from her being extremely kind, clear and direct- she was very prompt with replying. The cottage was absolutely beautiful. The attentiveness to detail was extremely apparent. The directions also for finding our way around outside to hot tub etc were very clear around the property. I cannot say enough good things about this place! We are planning a trip back already and we haven’t unpacked. For my daughter’s 7th birthday, Liane went above and beyond with accommodating us to make it a special memory. The bed is extremely comfortable, also. I cannot wait to recommend this to my coworkers and friends more than I have already! If I could give ten stars I would!!!! Thank you so much!!! We had a super time and so close to the beach was amazing and the surroundings was also super will definatly go back for another vacation.👍👍😁😁

This was a second visit to Jacquie’s lovely Mayne Island cottage. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. The cottage was clean, warm and well appointed. The hot tub had an amazing view of the ferries sailing in the distance. We played disc golf at the park across the street and visited the beautiful Japanese Gardens adjacent to the park. Jacquie and her husband were very welcoming and we enjoyed meeting their horses and talking with Jacquie about her amazing driftwood art sculptures. We highly recommend a stay at this property.

The kw house is one of a kind , relaxing on the patio looking down at the river ,well decorated inside and outside the cottage makes you feel right away on vacation , quiet and enjoyable Place,always having a perfect stay , will be back next year!

Always a wonderful experience staying here (third time!). Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. Randy is accommodating and easy to get ahold of for any questions or concerns as well. Looking forward to future stays here!

Beautiful area , had everything we needed

Great place, a drive away from Gibsons itself, a very peaceful location with a nice vibe going on in the neighborhood. The 3 of us had a superb break here, really relaxing. Hosts were great to deal with on every interaction. Already contemplating a return trip!

Very few people have Airbnb’s in Arichat. We love coming out to Arichat twice a year or so to visit our family. Shelly’s place is the place to be if you are looking for accommodations in the heart of the town right on the local beach. We brought our two dogs and took them for a leisurely walk on Pondville beach followed up with an evening of enjoying a nice meal at the local restaurant, and then we spent the later half of the night enjoying the fire stick TV streaming services. Ended off with a wonderful sleep in the outstandingly comfortable beds. I haven’t felt sheets that soft in a long time. You can tell Shelly puts in all the effort to ensure your beach escape is exceptional.

This cozy cottage was perfect for our needs. This cottage was absolutely perfect for two people, it was cozy and felt welcoming and warm. Glenn was very responsive and helpful. the scenery was absolutely beautiful ! Would definitely book again. Quiet, peaceful and cozy, a perfect winter escape.

Such a fantastic place to stay, cabin was clean & lots of room. Tony was always available when needed and very accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay with Tony!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was peaceful and private and the hot tub was a relaxing addition. Had everything we needed and the welcome basket was useful! We both really loved being surrounded by nature and hearing the birds and creek. Would recommend a capable vehicle as the driveway is not paved and is quite steep in some spots!

What a place… A weekend getaway for the wifes birthday… quiet lake, senic ride up, great cottage… 10/10 and thats with goin in february so I can only imagine in the summer. Fishing was good and the outdoor rink was awesome too. Highly recommend this cottage and Dan was a fantastic host!

Beautiful stay in this excellent little cabin - a great jumping-off point for adventures. Gosia was very welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting with her over breakfast.

Alan & Rosalie’s cottage was everything we could have asked for and more ! It was a perfect place to just relax and recharge after a busy fall and Christmas season. We wanted for nothing, it had everything we needed. Alan met us when we arrived and explained where everything was and how it all worked. My wife and I and our two dogs had a wonderful experience. We will most definitely be doing a return visit. If you are looking for a place to getaway and relax this is the place, highly recommend it ! Thank you Alan & Rosalie !

Stayed here while working in the area. Quaint little cottage. The hosts were attentive and helpful as well as being responsive to any questions or issues. The grounds are well cared for and beautiful. The cottage had everything I needed to make it an enjoyable stay. The fridge is small so if there is a family you may need to minimize the amount of food that needs refrigeration or simply go to the supermarket more often which is very close by.

Really enjoyed our friends weekend getaway at this cottage. Very clean and well maintained!
