Holiday rentals with a balcony in Ledro

This home is located in a great view. Share one main entrance, two auxiliary entrances It is a house that uses all the shape of a duplex. Each has a bedroom and a bathroom, one is an attic with a sauna, a fireplace, and children's toys, and the other has a bedroom in the attic, providing a total of 3 king-size beds. There is a table and a pretty garden where you can barbecue right in front of the house. The surroundings are very beautiful, so it's surprising. This is a great place to rest without being disturbed by anyone. In particular, the cleanliness was very high, so I was able to trust and use all the tableware beds. The host was also very kind and responded immediately to the message. It was a great time with my family. Two nights are too short and I would recommend three or more nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlina’s apartment. The space looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its central location made it easy to explore all the major tourist attractions. Carlina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even arranged a reliable and reasonably priced cab to the airport when Uber turned out to be quite expensive. Highly recommend!- Gaurav & Shivani

We were 5 older people and found the apartment very nice and in all very well equipped. I would especially like to mention the good beds. The apartment is large, you would also have plenty of space for six. Terrace and garden are nice with a view of an olive grove. You don't hear anything from the streets. The walk into the village is short, a pleasant little walk. Both Laura and Anni, who looked after us on site, are very friendly and respond immediately when you contact them. No disadvantage in my opinion, but for all those who ask themselves: The lake can only be guessed at from the apartment through the olive trees, but already when you stand on the (only by residents, i.e. hardly used) road leading to the house, you have a beautiful view of Malcesine and the lake.

Enthusiasm! I booked the apartment for my mom and her 3 friends. First, very positive impact for comfort, cleanliness and brightness. Located within walking distance of downtown and the promenade. New furnishings. Everything is perfect.

Great place, especially with children. Very quiet area, spacious garden and pool. There is a small playground. Sofa in the living room fine enough to sleep. WiFi is also working fine in the entire territory. Bevare kitchen utensils are rather basic and there is no disposables (salt/pepper, soap), towels could be rented. Washing machine is not in the apartment, it is one for the whole place. Despite what was written in the description, we had a hairdryer in our apartment. In colder weather a Therme nearby (Gardaqua) is walkable and also great for children. Overall, a wonderful stay.

In addition to the large balcony, Casa Rosa also has a large terrace which is shaded and a little away from the traffic noise. There are still great views even though the terrace is a bit behind the building. The patio became our favorite place to stay. But we also needed shade: -) Very nice and well-maintained garden with herbs, among other things. Very friendly staff on site!

The home is part of a big camping including a house, small bungalows and camping places. In this apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms you’d feel luxury up to 4-5 people but it can be even more. It’s surrounded by trees, has a huge balcony with a table and a lot of space and light inside. The kitchen is equipped well but it lacks of some stuff: the pan is unusable, no big wine glasses, no spatulas. You’d need to be equipped if you want to stay for a long time and use the kitchen. Because the kitchen is very good to cook there: induction plate, good oven and dish washer. Another big disappointment is no washing machine and dryer in the apartment: it’s only available for shared use in the camping and you have to walk a lot and pay 3 euro to use it. An apartment of this level needs own washing machine and dryer! Don’t expect a good beach near the camping: the lake view is amazing but I wouldn’t swim there. But the pool in the camping is awesome!
