Villa Fontana is a modern home with private garden located next to the Garda Lake. The Villa is on 2 floors: the large living room, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower are located on the ground floor; on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with balconies and another bathroom with bathtub. The Villa is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax, eat together, or sunbathe. Guests can park their car in a private parking space and their bicycles in a private storage room.

Approximately 200-year-old farmhouse (Limonaia) with pool with 135 m² of living space in 4,000 m² olive grove with lemon trees and much more. About 90 meters above Lake Garda, this is approx. 450 meters away as the crow flies. The center of Gargnano can be reached via a 300-year-old, beautiful hiking trail (about 1.4 km), or in 8 minutes by car. The house has been lovingly restored. The garden is secluded, is available for exclusive use and invites you to linger in many places.

La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
