Relax in this quiet and elegant village house. It is an old silk factory: silkworm breeding until the 19th century. Noisy parties and evenings prohibited. 3 km from the center of Montélimar, 1 km from the Via Rhôna, 100 m from the grocery store. Parking is free, parking monitored by cameras at the end of the street "passage frères Christophe" and in the square where "l'épicerie Mélanie" is located. There are spaces in front of the house. Your bikes are safe in the garden.

On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

The "pequélet" cottage in a charming hamlet, away from the crowds is ideally located to enjoy the various activities offered by Ardèche. This village house offers, on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, an equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace that offers magnificent views of the hamlet. Our pool is available from June 8 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

It will offer you a connection with nature: the song of birds, the hooting of owls, the jumps from tree to tree of red squirrels, the song of cicadas in summer. We also have on the property a few chickens, geese, pigs, goats and our nice horse. Nestled in a small hamlet, you can take beautiful walks or hikes. You will be ideally located between the treasures of the Ardèche and the charm of the Drôme.
