Access to the pool (shared schedule) and the possibility of walking to the hiking trails and the river from the house...

You will enjoy a 3.5 m x 7 m swimming pool, a beautiful outdoor area but also a petanque court. A stone's throw from all amenities (shops, city center, etc.) Possibility of providing bed linen, for €40 for 2 people, including sheets + towels. Towels and bath mats will be systematically provided.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
