Very cozy apartment inside a farmhouse in the hills. The excellent location (a few kilometers away are Perugia, Assisi, Spello) allows you to take trips in the day, otherwise the property has a pool where you can relax and enjoy the silence of nature. In addition, what we will most carry in our hearts after this vacation is the wonderful welcome received from Giacomo and his family, who made us feel at home from the first moment. We will definitely be back!

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can look directly at the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and many more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogues. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our holiday.
