The apartment (100 m2) is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Haussmann building with balconies, built in a cul-de-sac, so very quiet. In fine weather, you can live with the windows open, without being bothered by the noise, which is quite rare in Paris. Jourdain or Place des Fêtes metro station (line 11). This line leads directly to the Hôtel de Ville (center of Paris) in 11 minutes and it intersects the main east/west lines.

My accommodation is a studio located on the 3rd floor of an old building in a charming cul-de-sac with interior courtyard. You are 5 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro in a very commercial and lively street. You'll love my place because of its brightness and quietness in the charming dead end of the Quarries. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. Possibility to add a mattress for a third person

Accessible by metro line 11 or tram line 3b, peaceful studio on the outskirts of Paris. This is the studio I live in. i trust the respect of guests on reasonable use of consumables (food, laundry, etc.). Adding air mattress on request for a 3rd person. Possible to discuss the arrival time. The studio is in a fairly old apartment and has slight flaws. The stovetop works but makes noise. The bed is a futon. no wifi.
