Apartment holiday rentals in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

Beautifully furnished apartment; very bright; You immediately feel comfortable! quiet through very well insulated windows and also in the house it was absolutely quiet (if it is very hot, as it was with us, and you want to ventilate a bit at night, you can of course hear some of the city noise); well equipped and very clean; very comfortable beds; bakery, supermarket, small restaurants in the immediate vicinity; within a few minutes' walk of the metro station; practical direct connection with line 5 to Gare de l'Est; but you have to plan a 30-40 minute drive to almost all other sights / well-known places, you notice that it is not quite central. But everything (supermarket, bakery...) is also a bit cheaper than in the city centre. The communication with Siham was very friendly and she gave very good instructions for check-in and check-out and good tips for supermarkets, restaurants, etc. We liked it here!

Ocean's apartment is very special, beautifully decorated and with lots of charm. We enjoyed our four days there.

Great apartment in Paris.

Thomas’ place was gorgeous and perfect for my first trip to Paris as it was well connected to the metro. The courtyard was very cute and the apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip. The multiple layers of security when entering the apartment also made me feel very safe! Thomas was a proactive and friendly host - I would definitely love to stay again

This was a great experience, the apartment is huge for Paris standards, just as described. The place is well equipped for everything you need, excellent for a week stay. Wife says it is well decorated, spacious, comfortable and practical. Metro and bus is very close by! If you like coming home late, the trip back gets longer when the metro is closed, but we felt safe around the neighborhood at late hours.

We loved our two week stay here. Super comfortable, quiet and very clean. Loved the neighbourhood. Nadir was a great host! Highly recommend this place.

Maya’s flat is the perfect launchpad for exploring Belleville and a more alternative, local Parisian way of living. The hike is beautifully appointed, walkable to some of the best and most innovative bars/restaurants/cafes, and is possessed of an unbeatable sense of place. I highly recommend to anybody seeking an authentic Parisian getaway.

great stay, I liked it for a first time in France

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The apartment was perfect ! The hot tub was really a bonus after a big long day of travelling, and working. I highly recommend this place! And the hosts was very present for each question. Thanks for all !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!

Great accommodation, very clean, host very available by message, I highly recommend it. Very interesting schedule that allows us to enjoy the apartment and especially the jacuzzi made available to us 😁
