60 mq2 apartment composed by a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The apartment i really central located and furnished '900 style. All services are included.
“We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The parking on site was great and the building itself was cool. It’s hard to tell from pictures but there actually is a shower door so you don’t risk getting water all over. The kitchen is very small but adequate with very basic furnishings for pasta meals. Of course since it is ground floor it is a little dark but if the weather is nice you can sit outside. One of the door/windows was broken by the last guest and couldn’t be fixed until after we left but things like that happen. We are happy we chose to stay here and would recommend it. The person who checked us in was very friendly and prompt even though we were a little early.”
“Of all my holidays it has been the best house in which I found myself very well, at ease. They will sound like obvious words, but I think the apartment is worth more than you can see from the photos, so I guarantee that it does not do justice, because believe me once you open the door you can not do unless you are amazed the light and its beauty. A warm home in its atmosphere, welcoming, spotless, tidy, full of style, and nothing is missing. All this because Leonardo being a beautiful person together with Giovanna make her more wonderful. My vote exceeds 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt. And do not deny that leaving from there really leaves a void❤️ !!! PS I forgot to say that; one sleeps beautifully.”
In a XII century building, the property, with a suggestive access, is valorized by a large, furnished terrace overlooking the wide valley facing Assisi, Spoleto, Bastia Umbra, Bevagna, Castel Ritaldi , Trevi, Montefalco and Perugia. My accommodation is suitable for couples, nature fans, families (max 2 children) and 'hairy' friends (pets). We are eco-friendly ... At Belvedere Electricity is 100% from renewable sources! :-)
“We stayed in Manuela’s space for a month and we could not have been happier. The pictures really do not do this apartment justice. It’s a really well appointed space with lots of lovely touches and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the huge terrace connected to the apartment. A sun trap all day from about mid-morning but plenty of shade also if you need a break from the sun. A great place to have coffee in the morning and look out across the endless valley towards Assisi and Foligno as the sun rises. The apartment does not have air conditioning but it definitely doesn’t need it as it has natural air conditioning. For two weeks when we were there the temperature hovered around 35 degrees but the thick stone walls keep the apartment incredibly cool and at a constant temperature. Not once did it ever get uncomfortable. Manuela was always available to assist and was really responsive. We only had occasion to call a few times but she saw to the issues immediately. She lives locally and like all the folks we met in Spello she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Manuela’s apartment or Spello highly enough ! The apartment location in the centrico storico is excellent. In a beautiful quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle but an easy six or seven minute downhill walk gets you to all the main restaurants and bars/shops, and the bakery is only a couple of minutes walk away. Spello is a very nice town. Lovely people and a lively vibe. Try Vinosofia, for a glass of seriously good local and regional wine and plates of local produce. Graziano the owner will guide you through different wines. We were there a bit and he got every recommendation perfect. Esotre, the restaurant beside Vinosofia is very good. Ask for their fish menu. Also very good is Restaurant Drinking Wine, great wines and great food and again, really knowledgable on wine choices. The terrace at il Trombone is a great place to grab a pizza and admire the fantastic view. It’s also great value. La Bastiglia, which is more upscale, has a wonderful terrace to dine on and a great wine selection. Bello Spello !!”
