An hour from Paris, in the countryside, at the end of a path, you can enjoy absolute calm, in a 2-hectare park. This former caretaker's house, close to an inhabited family mansion, built in the 18th century, allows you to spend a bucolic stay. The house was renovated in 2022 with old and environmentally friendly materials. The 30 m2 floor area with four exposures, gives a very warm atmosphere. No pets, no parties :)

You will be close to shops, and the banks of the Eure, for a walk.

At the gates of Normandy; easy access to A13 towards Rouen or Paris. Train station in Vernon or Gaillon. In the village; small friendly bar that offers bread and croissant delivery in the morning to order. (every day except Monday)

This 25m2 individual house offers all the comfort needed. Located in a flowered garden close to the main property, the house has an independent entrance and is accessible via a secure gate. Access to a therapeutic spa is optional (at an additional cost). It has a mezzanine for sleeping, a wardrobe space, a table and two chairs and a full bathroom.
