A beautiful discovery of this apartment, impeccable cleanliness, very nicely decorated, super equipped, super comfortable and very well located (breathtaking view, proximity to the Perols expo park). Initially, the building is a little old-fashioned but is very clean and well secured (parking gates, access code). Easy, quick and accurate communication with the concierge - super nice! Great stay.

A perfect stay in an idyllic setting! Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean, located just 20 meters from the beach: a real pied-à-terre with your feet in the water! The reserved parking space is a real plus, especially in this area. Access to the listing is simplified thanks to the codes, thus avoiding the tedious management of the keys. The apartment is furnished with taste and quality, and the queen bed is particularly nice for tall people. The kitchen is well equipped, and the coffee machine, with a few pods offered, was a pleasant surprise. The reversible air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring optimal comfort whatever the season. The terrace, spacious and well laid out, is a real plus. We only needed a little more sunshine to make the most of it! Finally, communication with Louis was seamless and instant. It is very responsive and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable
