The residence is located at the foot of the Mediterranean sand dunes. Located on the second floor of a 3‑story building. No roads to cross to get to the beach. There are a few free parking spaces inside the property along the beach. I am waiting to get a permanent spot. The residence in Grasse is just a short walk from Carnon Beach.
