Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Free parking is available in front of the house. The house is very nice and when the weather is nice, the terrace and garden will give you the feeling of being in the countryside. Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
