Perche house 150 km W Paris, charm and comfort

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Large house in the heart of the city of Moncé-en-Belin, 5 km from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. On the ground floor: Beautiful kitchen open to the living room. Also a shower room as well as separate toilet and access to the outside equipped with a wooden deck. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms including a suite with bathroom. And finally on the 2nd floor a suite offering 1 king size double bed as well as a pull-out bed and its bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
