Studio for 2 people with all comforts. It is located at the end of the garden of my property and overlooks a quiet pedestrian path. You can enjoy a small sunny courtyard. Parking is free on the street. You are 15 minutes' walk from the entrance to the 24-hour circuit and 7 minutes' walk from the Le Mans exhibition centre. For motorcycles, the reservation is for a minimum of 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h Auto and "Le Mans Classic", 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, near Banjan Park. The house is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk to the city center and the historic site, Old Le Mans. Free parking is available in front of the house. The house is very nice and when the weather is nice, the terrace and garden will give you the feeling of being in the countryside. All the advantages of the city, without the inconveniences. Nearby public transportation (Tram to access the Circuit).

La Poudrière, the city in peace

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

30 m2 accommodation, 4 possible beds, located on the ground floor of a small residence in a quiet area. It has an equipped kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and terrace. Close to the train station (15-min walk), bus 150 m away (line 16). Close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and its museum (10-min drive). Close to shops and a large public garden. Private parking, 2 free spaces. Linens and towels are provided.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony. The sofa opens up to a bed for 2 people.

The Furnished is close to the Mulsanne Turn. 7 km from Antarès Tramway Station and 15 minutes from Le Mans city center. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
