Country cottage with swimming pool (15 km from Le Mans)

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

In the city center, but sheltered from noise pollution, this charming apartment combines cachet and modernity. Free parking in all the surrounding streets, paid parking (€ 1 for the 7pm to 7am time slot) a few meters away, tram stop 3 min walk. You will find: entrance leading to a huge double bedroom with office area, attic converted into a children's bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room with sleeping area, large dining kitchen with cathedral ceiling.

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.
