François and his wife were very welcoming and very accommodating and flexible on schedules the house was spotless in a very quiet and relaxing place

Our host was particularly welcoming and was able to advise us on local activities. The accommodation is located in a small quiet village set back from the road. It is functional, pleasant and has 2 large bedrooms and is decorated with a very nice garden. We had a short but very pleasant stay. We recommend this property.

This is such a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The backyard is stunning and kids friendly. The guest house is completely private. There are around 5 steps to access the property. Some steps are also necessary to access the bathroom. The adult bedroom is a mezzanine over the kitchen. The staircase lands in the kids bedroom, which is a mezzanine over the family room. It is ideal for a couple with one or two children. The wifi doesn’t work but there is cellular coverage in the area for the phone.

Ideal for our 3 day weekend by bike around Amboise. Very good welcome with a clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation located in a private courtyard where we were able to park our bikes. Downtown Amboise is within walking distance, appreciable given the traffic. Many activities nearby and very good restaurants recommended by our host, thank you to her.

Charming and cosy accommodation with a remarkable garden close to the must-see villages of Sainte Suzanne and Saulges and the town of Meslay for shopping.

A lovely peaceful studio/converted barn at the end of a sleepy village. Francoise was helpful at all times and a great communicator. A great host!

We stayed in the cottage for the Grand Prix de France, MotoGP. We were hosted very well. The cottage is easy to access very pleasant and quiet.

We had a great time. Got great tips for dinner, hiking and activities. The accommodation is very idyllic, with a small pond in front of the door. Very quiet, lovingly furnished. Super nice hosts. Would definitely come back.

Warmly welcomed into the cottage, it was a real pleasure to spend this stay here. The cottage was incredibly clean, it has absolutely everything you need to cook. All instructions are there. It's a pleasure to be able to enjoy such a large lot in the garden and the barbecue! The hosts are incredibly kind and very responsive, I recommend it!

We had a great stay in this charming accommodation, perfectly in line with the description. Special mention for the magnificent garden, with its small intimate and bucolic corners, where it is good to relax. The vegetable garden, with its surprising herbs, adds an authentic and pleasant touch to the whole. We also really appreciated the little touches, especially the breakfast items, with delicious homemade jams. Alain and Dorothée are lovely hosts I understand why they are so well rated, it is well deserved. BRAVO a warm Airbnb where the financial side is not the first motivation

Ideal accommodation for visiting Le Mans, close to the center. Very well equipped and comfortable, quiet in a beautiful garden, beautiful decor. Great welcome and very good exchange ( reservation, schedules, parking...) Everything was perfect.

very nice house with a top pool, small downside on the many stairs difficult to access, we were family with my parents over 80 years old, fortunately, they are in shape, the house is alive with many memories

Nelly is very friendly and speaks English very helpful to us as our French is poor. Lovely to sit by the pool & walk in the grounds of the house. We walked into Le Mans. Beautiful city, had a lovely meal visited the river. Also toured the local area and visited Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Would like to go back.
