Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers. (sheets not provided), TV, work desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm - sheets provided) on the garden level, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), wc.

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
