We were delighted with our stay! The place is very clean and tastefully decorated! Everything is available, we did not miss anything. Friendly and warm welcome. We thank Sophie and her husband for the help provided at this end of the stay (vehicle problem).

Passing through the area we spent little time in the accommodation to enjoy the services but everything was as described. Quiet place, warm environment. The outside looked very nice too. I recommend it.

Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay he was very discreet although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the centre of Royan. We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a packet of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a very pretty seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the centre and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect ☺️

This is the second time I have come to Valerie's accommodation and it is always a pleasure to stay there. I came to attend a horse riding competition at the Royan equestrian centre. The accommodation is very well located: 8 minutes from the competition. I think that being able to arrive independently is a big advantage, especially when you don't know what time you'll be arriving. The parking space is right at the entrance of the accommodation, which is very convenient. The sofa bed where we sleep is very good. I slept very well there. The kitchen and bathroom were great! It has everything you need to spend a few quiet days. I will come back without hesitation!:)

Great Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and lots of facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thanks for the bike:)). The large car park at Place Carnot is 100 m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

We had a most pleasant stay in Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their superb terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Their advice for visiting the region was very helpful. A big thank you to both of you for the little treats too. We highly recommend it.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
