We stayed at Nikola’s lovely apartment for a week - it was so clean, well kept, and just a lovely space to be in. Really like how it is gated and very quiet despite being on a road. There is a lack of restaurants around (but we didn’t mind this as planned to cook in or travel for this anyway) but everything else is nearby including a well stocked supermarket, patisseries, lovely park (great for running!) and metro with a good line to get around Paris. Would definitely stay here again if Nikola would have us!

Excellent stay! Very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated apartment. I highly recommend your accommodations for any guests! There’s easy access to the Train Station . Probably the best stop to be at for accessibility to Paris center. Thank you for a memorable experience.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. Our first visit to Paris and the accommodation was perfect. It was spacious with three separate rooms which gave us room. Access was easy to the apartment and supermarkets. It was lovely to be in Paris and stay knowing we had such a supportive host.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Super helpful, kind host, always responded immediately to our questions. Large house and equipped with everything you need. We had a great time . The only difficulty is the absence of a nearby subway, although there are many buses in the area

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and spa location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. In short, this accommodation is a rare gem, we will return with great pleasure 😁

The house has everything the family needs. For example, a dishwasher and coffee machine, a separate big freezer, an oven, etc. There is a conservatory and garden, but we didn't use the garden though. We enjoyed shopping at Carrefour, which is a big supermarket. We went to a lovely bakery shop nearby as well. The nearest transit station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easier to navigate through the Carrefour supermarket to arrive there. It would be excellent to have a manual prepared for using home appliances and for garbage disposal prior to that. However we had a lovely time and it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is nice, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located just in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

The location was very quiet, very close to the U-BAHN. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Roissy, just a few minutes from CDG airport. It’s incredibly convenient—especially if you’re arriving by car. The private parking made things easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect fit for a small family.
