Holiday rentals with a patio in Lazio

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

Good and large apartment, ideal for a family as there are two bedrooms. A little outside, but the S-Bahn line 8 is right next door, with which you can easily get to the center. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped and there was no picture on the wall, which hurt the coziness. In the beginning, two blinds didn't work. But they were repaired asap. Good communication and help. Recommended due to the location to the S-Bahn and other tranquility!!!

The apartment is very nice, quiet and you can enjoy some nature and the outdoors . Daniela and her mom have been very kind and decisive. And the neighborhood is lovely with a bit of life and very local people. Undoubtedly we recommend it above all for long stays as it rests very well .

We had 6 lovely days staying at Pierluigi’s apartment which was comfortable and clean. The apartment had all the amenities we required, including a washing machine. What we enjoyed the most was the sunny terrace with 3 seating areas, nearly the size of the apartment. Although it was a long , but walkable distance into the center of Rome, bus 46 was accessible nearby. There are however large amount of restaurants and shops nearby. Pierluigi was a responsive and helpful host.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

The place was even more beautiful than the photos! peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They responded quickly to all our requests and provided everything we needed. The instructions were clear and thoughtful. The jacuzzi was amazing, especially at night with the outdoor lights—it created such a magical atmosphere. Every detail inside the place seemed carefully chosen with guests in mind, combining comfort and style

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Farmhouse nothing short of amazing! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Accommodation with everything you need. Host available and friendly. Close to the sea and easily find parking for the car.

I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Aldo's house is very cozy, clean and well located, the car has always been parked in front of the front door of the house, a very quiet and quiet alley, a stone's throw from the central square, a short walk from the grocery stores (fishmonger, butcher, bakery...). About 30 minutes from the slopes of Campo Felice and 15 from Ovindoli. Highly recommended, THANK YOU MR. ALDO.

we had a great stay in this apartment. ideally located, it allows you to do everything on foot. small downside for the noise, the windows insulate quite badly and the noises from the outside regularly woke us up. the terrace is pleasant, unfortunately the extraction system of the restaurant next door is quite noisy and the frying smells not very pleasant. well, the bathroom would need a little clean. everything else was spotless

We were absolutely charmed by Ilva’s condo. The condo is so cute and cozy, and the view is stunning. It’s also walking distance to basically all of Orvieto. Ilva was so responsive and helpful!

An excellent place right next to the Colosseum! The neighborhood is very walkable, and there’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street. We loved the outdoor courtyard and jetted tub! The TV had every streaming option as well as local channels, so we were able to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Luca our host was extremely responsive and helpful to us. Grazie mille!

A previous reviewer said stop looking and grab this place if you are so fortunate as to be able to. I second that opinion. The apartment is very comfortable and unusually peaceful. It has the texture and personality of whoever used to live here -- statues, prints, more dishes, cutlery etc than you will use, lots of comfortable furniture, etc. In addition it is wonderfully located -- in Trastevere, next to the Tiber and Isola Tiberina. These attributes alone warrant five stars, but then there is as well a remarkable spacious comfortable terrace on top of the apartment, with views over the Tiber. The one improvement would be if the host provided a few pages of advice/instruction: where to put the garbage, that a wall switch must be on for the kitchen stove to ignite, a few recommended restaurants, etc. But this is to ask for a cherry on the sundae. We would return in an instant.

This is my second time staying at Antonella’s apartment. Very close to the colosseum and close to a lot of the major attractions. Her apartment is very clean and comfortable. Furthermore, Antonella is a great person, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope this apartment is available the next time I visit Rome. I highly suggest this apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful city.

Excellent location and well worth the price!

We absolutely lucked out with this beautiful apartment. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed to nurse our jet lag. This apartment was so quiet, so peaceful, and very well appointed. It is well located but still tucked away from the hoards of tourists. Rudi was very responsive and kind to us during our stay. There are two stories, each with its own bedroom which made the apartment feel quite large. We also loved the terraces to have a glass of wine before going out for dinner. 10/10.

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.
