Fabulous 120-square-meter penthouse in the heart of Rome's historic center, located on the famous Via dei Serpenti, the most beautiful of the Rione Monti streets, which ends with a view of the Colosseum, a stone's throw from the Roman Forum. The penthouse, which is also equipped with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome, is located in an ancient building of the 1600s, without an elevator. It is therefore not recommended for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility because there are many steps to reach the fourth floor.

St. Peter's Basilica apartment

A quiet, renovated apartment just 80 metres from St Peter’s Basilica (papal audience side), fully equipped with every comfort. The historic centre and Trastevere are a 10-minute walk away. The lively neighbourhood offers a theatre, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, two hospitals, a police station and parking. Ideal for families and small groups who, at the end of the day, also enjoy gathering around the table for a board game, reading a book or having a coffee on the balcony.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
