Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Sonia's Airbnb is breathtaking. The view of Lake Como is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. Sonia is a wonderful host - she provides recommendations, answered all of my questions and always made sure that we had everything we needed. I wished we had explored the lake with her on her sailboat so if you get the opportunity I would book it! The only thing I would advise future renters is that the road to Sonia's Airbnb in Brunate is VERY, VERY narrow and winds around and around. It is very easy to get lost and go down the wrong street. If you're renting car, try to get the smallest car possible - it will help you to maneuver the narrows roads. There is a funicular stop close to the house so you could walk there and take it to Como or to the top of Brunate. It is much easier to get off at the top of Brunate and walk downhill to the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

Simona’s place was very comfortable and cosy it has everything you need and it is a very quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful garden and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

Warm welcome and the cottage is really equipped with every comfort. Wonderful to sit outside in front of our cottage. Great accommodation for a few days on the mountain. It's ideal that there is a shop within walking distance where you can do 24/7 shopping. Authentic village. Delightfully quiet.

But the absolute highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of Lake Como—an unbeatable panorama that alone is worth the trip. We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a cot... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make all the difference: on arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer... And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

Moreno warmly welcomed us and directly explained everything in the apartment and gave us tips for the area. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Between the apartment and the lake runs the "main street" which is a bit noisy, but you quickly get used to it. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as well as small towns with beach promenades. You are very dependent on the car, but that did not necessarily bother us. Unfortunately, the WiFi is unreliable, it often fails, but that didn't necessarily bother us. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Moreno's apartment.

Absolutely LOVED staying at Anna's apartment! We adored Argegno - a lovely historic town that was much quieter than surrounding towns. Anna's apartment was spacious and the terrace and views were breathtaking. Anna was a wonderful host who was very quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

Perfect place for our group of 2 couples. One bedroom large and the other small but had a bathroom each. Air conditioning was welcome as it was warmer than we were expecting. Very small, one person kitchen that had everything we needed. Amazing dining room in the tower and very special balcony where we had dinner each evening. A bonus for an airbnb was the included buffet breakfast in the hotel.

We made a stop here in transit. Elena and her family are very likeable, friendly hosts. The property is very tastefully decorated. An extraordinary highlight is the piano in the apartment. The surrounding park and the view of Lake Maggiore are phenomenally beautiful! We'd love to come back, hopefully with more time next time!

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes' drive from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, who was not only kind and gracious but went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is breathtaking – elegantly designed, immaculately clean, and positioned with the most stunning views of Lake Como. Waking up to the peaceful sound of the lake and enjoying breakfast on the terrace was like a dream. Every room was thoughtfully appointed with luxury touches, and the overall atmosphere was serene and private.
