Bienvenue au "Jardin des Oliviers", un havre de paix à 10 min de Montpellier et à 20 min de la mer. Votre logement indépendant est à l'extrémité de la maison ( habitée par les propriétaires), de plain pied, dans un parc de 2 hectares. Il comprend cuisine, terrasse privative, salon de jardin, 1 chambre et un salon, qui fait office de chambre (cf plan). Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain et toilettes privatives. La piscine (6x12m), non privative est accessible 5h par jour. A définir!

Close to Montpellier and 20 minutes from Les Aresquiers beach, our charming, quiet, functional and unique 90 m² house is located in the heart of the village. It offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (18 m² and 12 m²) with 160 x 200 beds, two bathrooms with toilets, a work area, a cosy living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a laundry/storage room where you can store bicycles, suitcases, etc. The accommodation is close to a large park with centuries-old trees and shops are close by.

Whether you are travelling as a couple, alone or for a stopover, you will appreciate the calm of the place as well as its ideal location, allowing you to easily reach the sea, the mountains and Spain. For your moments of relaxation, you will have a TV with Netflix and Canal+. The sofa is also convertible if needed. Charming cellar / 18th century

Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to central Montpellier and the beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or courtyard, not in the garden to avoid possible incidents with our dog). Self check-in with a key box from 3 pm, and check-out by 11 am at the latest
