We could not be more grateful to Peter and his family for hosting us for my sister wedding locally. Absolutely gorgeous home and fantastic hosts. Extremely patient with us on wedding day when things became a little chaotic. Could not recommend more for a large family get away location.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the studio. The space was welcoming and clean. I would have preferred a larger bed but it was comfortable. Just a matter of taste. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Welcoming light & airy place with tasteful décor, comfy bedding and very comfortable living room. Kitchen though small is incredibly well stocked, both with food (including pantry items and fresh treats provided in fridge) and tools for those that like cooking: we made the most of them! A real cooks' kitchen. Bathroom also has a you-don't-need-to-bring-it completeness. Enchanting garden with outdoor seating, & handsome hens(with delicious free eggs!) for added interest. Nice country walks, and Rebecca & Richard are delightfully friendly, generous, knowledgeable and helpful. A special nook of England!

Absolutely beautiful, location is peaceful and picturesque. The property is well equipped, comfortable and just stunning. Will definitely be coming back here again!!

Jasmine cottage was a most wonderful place to stay! Shelly's attention to detail was much appreciated and it's clear to see why she is a superhost! We spent a fabulous week in Suffolk, made all the better by our stay at Jasmine cottage. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cottage at every opportunity! Thank you Shelly!

A wonderful house in beautiful surroundings. It also had that more difficult to attain "presence", with each room allowing you to relax and experience its homeliness and history. The whole family (6 adults and 2 grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. No-one really wanted to leave. Waking up to see the expanse of manicured gardens from bedroom windows and breakfast room was a calming relaxing pleasure. Plenty of walks available, and the walk to the local pub for an evening meal was safe and easy along quiet country roads. Would certainly recommend.

We were recommended Sprotts Farm by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. A great feel at home place to stay, set amongst the most beautiful wooded countryside. Everything was as described and we’ll certainly be back for a return visit 😊 Leo, our pampered pooch certainly enjoyed exploring the grounds and the woods were definitely a bonus. Perfect getaway to unwind and recharge.

Had the best two nights at Tracy’s home from home. Was everything she had described, very comfortable I had the best two nights sleep. Close to the beach and you can see the sea from the van. Thank you I will be back 😊

A really lovely place to stay. Peaceful, spacious and great value. Lots of parking and amenities. Only wish we’d stayed longer!

Stayed here with 10 guys. There is ample room to sit together to have dinner, a large enough lounge for everyone to relax and all spaced that require less clothing is very private and not overlooked. The upper balcony is shared with a bedroom from 16A, but I assume that is not in use when the place is booked. Driveway is shared with adjacent property but you can still fit 4 cars. Hot tubs extremely well maintained. Furniture is in excellent condition. Furnishings are modern and tasteful. All kitchen appliances work with ample crockery and cutlery. Beds are very comfortable and allow flexible sleeping arrangements. Bathrooms were very clean.

We had such a lovely time during our stay in this secret garden as Helen describes it! It's so unusual and peaceful 😌 Helen was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home! Would most definitely stay here again

This was a fantastic place to stay. Clean and tidy and incredibly spacious overlooking a beautifully private and serene landscape in the backyard. A great location and close to town and all facilities.

This is a simply gorgeous property with incredible history and so many thoughtful little touches that make a stay here an absolute delight. Very comfy beds, fluffy towels, very well equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer and a real home away from home feel - it’s more like a luxury homestay than your typical AirBnB. This is an excellent base for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk - we wish we’d had more time to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s place. The location is perfect for exploring the local area on foot and trips out in the car. We had nice meals at both the local pubs, they are both within easy walking distance. Amanda’s place is perfect, very clean and full of character. We love Suffolk and have now found a great place to stay on future visits.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early do to health reasons (that had nothing to do with place). Our time spent there was so relaxing. We enjoyed every minute.

We had a lovely stay and found everything to be very clean and comfortable. A very peaceful setting tucked away in beautiful countryside Rebecca was very friendly and helped us out by giving a lift to my daughter to get her car back which we had left at the wedding we attended . We really appreciated that

Staying at The Tryst gave us a great experience of staying in comfort at a 500 year old cottage steeped in character and history. The Aga kept us warm for our family meals in the kitchen and cosy evenings in the snug lounge. The two double bedrooms were spacious and all the beds were very comfortable. The garden was beautiful and would be a wonderful outdoor space in the Summer. The Tryst offered us a fantastic location in the heart of the Lavenham for exploring this exceptional village.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as guests to a wedding near by. The house was very comfortable and roomy enough for 6 adults. We loved the space

Comfortable peaceful idyllic home for a restful stay. Take your own hairdryer if you are fussy and the dining room chairs are fine, don't worry about the wobbly legs like i did to start with. Lovely touches including gorgeous shampoo etc, blankets, bbq, garden loungers, and tea coffee and oil, salt and pepper. Thank you so much, it was prefect for us.

Lovely little cottage, perfect for two adults, and would manage if there were also two children staying who would probably love their bunk beds. Soft double bed and everything well laid out. A reminder that there’s no shower (and the roll top bath is a bit small) or microwave. Very pleased with the location looking out onto the green, and parking very easy opposite. Melford Hall, Kentwell and the amazing Church are minutes walk. Thirteen minutes walk into Long Melford. Co-op is open till 10pm. Enjoyed our stay.
