Relax in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, only eight kilometres from the centre of Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence with a past as an artist's home. Sophielund is a very large, unique and beautiful country estate, a real home located in scenic, quiet surroundings with the forest as a neighbour and close to the Gudenå river. You can walk, hike, run and bike (mountain bike ) and swim. Train station 1 km . Shopping 800 m. Located between Viborg, Aarhus, Silkeborg and Randers. Perfect for a large family or a smaller group (max 8) with space for socialising and activities. Charging of electric cars on Østergade or by the local Brugs - approx. 700 metres from the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From the top floor of the home, there are great views of the fields and forests, where we often see deer and other animals. Eat out when the weather permits at the lovely garden furniture set right outside the door. There are sleeping spaces on each floor, so if you are two couples, or two colleagues, or parents and older children, you can sleep separately. We have agriculture, so there is the possibility of spotting a tractor or other agricultural machinery in action.
