Apartment holiday rentals in Laudenbach

Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

The place was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The host was friendly and very responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. We have already stayed for the second time, albeit this time only for 4 nights in the fantastic apartment, with plenty of space and tasteful furnishings. After a warm welcome, we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our highlight is the great terrace overlooking the garden, unfortunately it was not the right weather to sit outside in January. The apartment is well equipped, there is plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans.... and even water, oil, spices, pasta, pesto, capsules for the Nespresso Vertura machine...... Everything is very clean and so we felt very comfortable again, it is almost like home thanks to our dear hosts Gabi and Roland. The transport connection is great, short distance to the train station and stress-free by train to Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden...... A small tip from us is Pizzeria Fortuna, although only pick-up, but very tasty, cheap, freshly prepared pizzas and within 3 minutes walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Great place, great hosts, great value for money.

Well located old building with modern windows; so no traffic noise can be heard. Kitchen fully equipped. Towels more than sufficiently available. For us, 3 people and 3 bedrooms, perfect. With full capacity, it could be a little tight in the bathroom/toilet. Parking found nearby/side streets. Otherwise, everything is great; gladly again.

Markus welcomed me very nicely and always responded to questions directly, helpful and very nice. The apartment was very clean, is well furnished with a pleasant atmosphere to feel comfortable in. In addition, it is very well equipped - had everything you need. Very good is also the central location in the city center, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. I have experienced Markus very warmly as a host and would like to inquire again on occasion.

Never heard any noise. Very walkable close to grocery, bakery and tram station. Even at night very well lit surroundings making 2 women alone feel safe at all times! Apartment itself beautifully decorated to make any woman feel right at home and the cherry on top a beautiful spacious private balcony! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone trying to enjoy Mannheim

We had a lovely time staying at the property. Everything was as described. The space is stylishly decorated. Communication was friendly and quick. Shopping facilities are in walking distance.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! The bus picks up right outside, and it’s only 20 minutes to the main train station. There are several stores within walking distance, and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Host was very friendly and responsive. We needed an earlier check in time due to when our flight was arriving and she was very flexible. There’s a grocery market right around the corner too! The only thing to look for is parking if you’re renting a vehicle because the roads get quite full at night, I’d say by around 11pm. Other than that, everything was a breeze! Great stay ☺️

We stayed in the accommodation for the second time and felt very comfortable again. Everything is very straightforward. You have a cozy bedroom and a recreation room for watching TV or for eating or both. We will be happy to come back.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We highly recommend the place. There are many things to do in the area. The apartment was perfect for the weekend as a group and we would go again. The beds are unfortunately a bit saggy and there are many trees on the river between walking path and river so you can't walk right along the river along this section. But there was nothing else to complain about. With the key box it was very straightforward and the rooms and amenities in the accommodation were great. Everything clean. The hot tub was also a highlight. Quick accessibility if you have any questions. Price performance was also good. I'd love to come back:)

Sven’s place exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It was important for me to have peace and quiet, and Sven’s neighborhood had both. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, even more than I found reason to use. Everything seemed brand new and the apartment was immaculately clean. I give Sven’s place a AAA rating.

I will definitely visit again in the future.
