Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

The Barn is located in the middle of a beautiful 50 acre grassland farm just outside the market town of Holsworthy and just 15 to 20 mins drive from the amazing beaches at Bude. It sleeps 2 persons with plenty of space and comfort. Living areas are made for relaxing, kitchen modern and fully equipped, bedroom cosy, bathroom fully tiled, clean and fresh. Perfect for couples looking for that extra special West Country holiday. This home is not suitable for children or infants.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
