If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and peaceful side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The accommodation is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly renovated over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. Beautiful apartment in rural surroundings, located in Søhøjlandet, halfway between Aarhus and Silkeborg. From the apartment you can see a fantastic view to the south and west. There is the possibility to use our campfire site, firewood is included. There is a private terrace with morning sun. On the farm there are horses, cows, chickens and turkeys. REMEMBER to bring your own bedding, otherwise it is possible to rent it. Payment for this is made upon arrival. REMEMBER to clean before departure.
