Black Sand Loft

With a 100m2 area, the loft is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It's located in a natural protected area, between a black sand cove and an unspoiled golden sand beach. Tufia is sheltered from the wind, making it very safe for swimming. It's also one of the best snorkeling and diving spots on the island. The volcanic mountain of Tufia is full of natural caves, where a few of the current inhabitants live. On top of it lies an archeological village from the first inhabitants of Gran Canaria.

I have renovated the holiday home thinking about what I would like to find. A spacious, bright, practical and functional space. Located in a central area, with the beach a few meters away and surrounded by shopping and leisure areas. The quarries are a very special place, as few cities have a natural beach that is 3 and a half kilometers long. If you like outdoor sports such as surfing, diving, or any other aquatic option, this is the place to do it.
