Regarding the accommodation, it is in very good condition. The supplies are quality. It's very spacious. As for the hot tub, it's a real treat. Nicolas is very serious and welcomes his hosts to the little care. We had a great time.

A Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Nature Retreat We had an amazing time staying at this clean and cozy house located in a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by nature and birdsong. Every day was a pleasure for our family. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the jacuzzi, grilled delicious meals, played board games, and even had fun playing tennis at a nearby court. In the evenings, we relaxed with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped, and my wife loved cooking here—especially with the air fryer, which became an essential helper during our stay. There are lovely walking trails nearby, and the charming town of Carcassonne is just a short drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the fresh, floral air in a truly peaceful setting.

We had a pleasant stay with friends (6 adults) at Béatrice's. The house is well equipped and has several sunny and shaded outdoor areas. Great for a stay with friends and families. In addition, Béatrice was very available before our stay and caring about the smooth running of this one!

We fell in love with the house and the area right from the start. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. It is nice and quiet and you have a safe parking space in front of the house. The two hosts are nearby and very helpful. We would love to come back. Thank you both for this vacation

Bedding of cleanliness and comfort worthy of the hotel and the billiards table won us over...Our host was responsive to our requests and recommended the neighboring restaurant where we enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoyed the accommodation which is spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Quiet and not overlooked, it is conducive to relaxation and well-being, thanks to the hot tub and the pretty garden. It is very well located because far from noise disturbances but only 10 minutes by car from the beach and all amenities. Communication with Dany and Didier was fluid and perfect and we thank them again for their kind attention and flexibility. We would definitely recommend this listing.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful night at Cyril's beautiful cabin. We were warmly welcomed. Cyril is a smiling and thoughtful host. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and so well-maintained that you might think it's new. We were accompanied by our 7-month-old baby who loved discovering the cabin.

A real relaxing moment surrounded by nature. Aline's place is impeccably clean and a real cozy nest: something to marvel at an enchanting setting, lulled by the melody of birds and insects. We fully enjoyed our stay under the sun and in the rain, which does not take away from the beauty and the cozy side of the place. Between the hot tub under the stars, the little touches of Aline, the beauty and calm of the place and the good tables nearby: everything comes together for a superb romantic moment.
