The bungalow is superbly equipped and modern. We lacked nothing and we felt very much at home there. We had a lovely stay. Glad to come back!

Very good location, close to everything and the city's historic center. Ideal for the weekend. The views from the balconies are unbeatable! Just mention that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it is 4 or 5 stories per staircase. For us it was not an issue and we would definitely come back, the apartment has it all! Merci, Marie!

very functional and as advertised 2 minutes from the train station, a supermarket 10 minutes away and a host of public transport to visit the region. I personally didn't have time because it was a short stay but I regret it....go there with your eyes.

The apartment is really nice,well equipped and the holiday village is nice with its beautiful swimming pools... We recommend it for a family holiday.

The residence is quiet and pretty. The apartment is bright. entrance to the residence is through a gate closed by a keypad, the pool is secured. Comfort for us parents, children can play safely. Johnathan was very attentive and responsive in the answers to our questions. I would recommend it

Great fig tree, place was very comfy. Pretty surroundings. Great to have access to amenities. And also great terrace on top. Very clean! We loved the hospitality! WiFi doesn’t reach house, but still beautiful stay. Favourite place on Costa Brava.

For a quick solo stay in Perpignan as a base for traveling all around, the studio brings comfort and proximity to transportation and activities in the city center. I thank the availability and advice of Christian, who offers a spotless space!

We were greeted by a lovely girl and showed us the apartment. The host is very helpful and responds immediately to the messages. My central apartment with all the amenities, the bed is very comfortable and a very complete kitchen. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The house is very comfortable, very nicely furnished and spacious for 4 people. The kitchen is small but really great. Séverine is super present and responsive (there was a small pb that was settled right away by technicians). Beware of gulls who chip breakfast (true) and still provide mosquito repellent.

We had a very nice week at Ann-Sofie and her family's home. Check-in is easy but be careful to call Ann-Sofie when you arrive so that the access gate to the residential area can be opened. The big highlight of this house is the breathtaking views of the sea and the small beach. Several stairs need to be taken to get to the house and go down to the beach; this has not been a problem for us but can be difficult for some people. The house is very well equipped; especially in cooking utensils and dishes of all kinds, which is very convenient for cooking family dishes! The rooms are spacious, light, there are plenty of storage spaces. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and its splendid view. The area is very beautiful and the marine reserve is amazing, just put your head in the water by the beach to see dozens of fish! House to advise ++

I would this property. Very quiet place very safe for children. The big plus the veranda and terrace. Clean apartment very functional, it feels like home. Lovely and very responsive host.

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

A perfect mobile house to spend a few days,in a large but not agglomerated campsite (it was not summer) the host gives you all kinds of facilities and with flexible hours, it is a pity that the weather did not accompany,but we do not rule out coming back in good weather,highly recommended!!!Thank you for everything Laurent!!
