The property is disinfected after each rental. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old as the garden is on a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

Calm, serenity and nature.

You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

Close to the center of the village of Laroque des Albères, and restaurants and shops, come and spend a pleasant stay in this independent apartment just 15 minutes from the beaches. The stay was pleasant, with a sublime view! Mark was very kind and very discreet. He had a little touch for breakfast, which was much appreciated. Beaches are 25 minutes away and there are hikes near the village. Collioure is also 30 minutes away, it's very nice to see. Successful stay 👍🏻☺️

this apartment ideally located 20' from the beach, in a beautiful area, for us ideally located 20' from Céret, for our family reunions. This apartment largely accommodated our 3 families... it was identical to Caroline's description, with beautiful decoration, respectful of the environment and very well equipped... fabulous!!!!... be careful when parking (as Caroline had mentioned, 1 parking space nearby and a car park not far away!!!! but the Catalans often party especially the weekend of Pentecost, and the places are popular... Caroline has nothing to do with it!) we highly recommend this accommodation and this host!!!! we hope to return soon!!!!

We had a lovely stay. Those views! We never got tired of them! The only slight negative was the weather, which was a bit disappointing. In the afternoon, on the sunny days the terrace didn't get the sun until late afternoon, by which time the wind was pretty strong!

Very nice and inviting, quietly located small house in the heart of Laroque-des-Albères with a delightful terrace. Corinne is a wonderful, very attentive and very nice host, communication has always worked out excellently. Everything was very well thought out and lovingly furnished - we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Our dog also enjoyed it very much. Several very nice restaurants nearby, sea and mountains easily accessible - simply fantastic☺️! Thank you very much, Corinne☺️!

We loved our stay at Laroque des Alberes at Dawn's place. Recommended! Beautiful home in the center, well maintained and perfect as described. Upon arrival everything was neat, a nice start of our vacation. Pleasant pool, the pool boy has been by 2x during our 10 day stay. Only point for improvement is a working BBQ, this gives the summer vacation an extra summer punch. We will definitely be back.
