It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4 people. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is in espalier. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. The accommodation is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

The "Casa Cinc" is a charming 2-story village house located in the heart of Laroque des Albères, at the foot of the castle. Perched on the rampart of the old village, it offers breathtaking views of the Albères Mountains from the terrace and every room of the house. Completely renovated and equipped, everything has been thought out so that you do not miss anything and that your stay goes smoothly. Shops, restaurants, and hiking trails are within walking distance.
