Monthly Rentals in Larimer County

This is our second year in a row staying at Hobnail Boot and once again, it was perfection. We absolutely love the location, the beautiful view, and the comfort of the home. We even saw a moose this year! Can't wait to stay there again!

Amazing stay. Peaceful, cozy cabin with pretty views. Cabin has a large yard area with a small stream in front. Cabin and bathroom were very clean; walk to the bathroom was short. Inside the cabin there is a dining table with chairs, a metal carafe for heating water for coffee, and outside are 3 outdoor chairs, propane grill & cooktop with propane hooked up. Mini fridge is bigger than the typical hotel size. The stove kept the cabin very warm at night. We didn’t encounter any mosquitoes during our stay in early June. The 3 dogs were so sweet and playing fetch with one of them (endlessly) was the highlight of my son’s trip!

A Perfect Stay! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s located in a peaceful area, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, and I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. For the price, it was absolutely worth it — great value for the quality of the space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restful, hassle-free stay.

This is an excellent longer term rental. Has everything you need for an extended stay. The place is nicely furnished and quite roomy. Pleasant, quiet street with lots of parking. It is listed as a basement but, in fact, it is light and airy. Mark is a very helpful host. Highly recommend. Paul Schneider
