I stayed here last year and came back here again with friends because the place is so convenient to everything and very nice.

This property not only was pristine and beautiful inside, the views and exterior was amazing as well! I felt extremely relaxed at this home and my family loved it! Watching the Elks and wildlife from inside through the beautiful windows was a highlight of the stay! The home had everything we needed and more!!! Definitely will return - thanks Steven for a great stay!!!

We had a great stay! Hosts were wonderful and responsive and flexible with specific requests. We were very grateful for their flexibility and generosity. Place was great, clean and welcoming. Loved the little accommodations the hosts provided, such as snacks. It was a hot summer weekend and the AC unit worked AMAZING. The house was a perfect temperature.

Beyond expectations! Located just 5 min from the main city area and still in the midts of nature. We saw wildlife nearby on both the mornings that we were there. Communication with their team was prompt and well structured with clean no-contact checkin instructions. The home itself was very well maintained and clean. The bedrooms were cosy and stocked with linens. The kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils. They even had boardgames stocked for some family time. 200% recommended. You will regret if you dont book this place.

This home is thoughtfully designed and professionally constructed. It is quiet when you walk anywhere up or downstairs. Automatic night lights make for safe night wanderers. Seemingly insignificant touches were thought of and taken care of. Dinner dishes are Mikasa china. There are enough bowls, pots and pans to repare a full course dinner, including a Lodge cast iron skillet. This house is located atop a hill with a view of all mountains surrounding Estes Park. Four deer wandered through the neighborhood each morning. Spare pillows and blankets accommodated those who like extras. The large garage is clean, well lit and accessible, important for winter guests.

The perdect place to stay if you're heading to RMNP. This is close the Beaver Meadow entrance. There is plenty of space for up to six people. We traveled with four adults and two kids and always felt there was plenty of space. We typically don't eat out a lot when in Estes Park so the full kitchen with dishwasher was greatly appreciated. Added plus is the washer and drawer, no need to over pack your luggage if you're OK with doing a little laundry.

Spent the weekend here with some friends and we absolutely loved the place. While we were mostly out, the time we spent in the home was great, we even had a family of deer visit right outside the backyard while cooking breakfast the morning. Host was responsive and helpful. One small complaint we did have was with the neighbor in unit 6 right next door. Within 5 minutes of arrival, as we were in the literal action of backing the car up into the garage, they drove up and yelled at us for blocking the driveway. I guess they were so bothered by being inconvenienced for 10 seconds they felt the need to complain to the host about it. (They also complained about the garage door being left up. How and why is that their business or concern?) *shrug As long as you don’t have to deal with the neighbor (some people just need to mind their own business), you’ll have an amazing time here. Beautiful and amazing otherwise. 9/10 (only because of rude neighbors)

This place is such a great find in Fort Collins. We actually live in FOCO but our house repairs ran over schedule and we needed a place to stay on very short notice. Brad was fast with communication and really helpful. The location is awesome with old town a walk away, an amazing petting farm and park just a walk away, and excellent breweries and restaurants close by too. We had our four kids with us and we were comfortable. Thanks Brad!

Jen was a great host and I really enjoyed staying at her place. The bedroom overlooks the pond and it’s a short walk to a nearby bike/walking trail. Jen was very friendly and accommodating and her cat, Sheba, was very sweet.

This was my 62nd Airbnb to stay in and one of my favorites. It is in a great location, convenient to RMNP, groceries, restaurants ( go to Ember for good food and good views) and the cute shopping area. It’s a couple of minutes from the front door to the river that has a path to walk and some seating to hang out. The townhouse was clean with wonderful furnishings. It was well maintained and had lots of extras- bandaids, foils and wraps, body wash, shampoo, make-up removing wipes. The pots and pans were in great shape with none of the finish scratched off. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful views and great location! We enjoyed the home during our stay in Estes ~ it had everything we needed to prepare morning coffee to enjoy on balcony and dinner in the evening after our trips into RMNP or downtown. We recommend this lovely home with amazing views near the Big Thompson River and would definitely stay here again. The shower in the MBD was awesome and the sectional in the upstairs LR was the perfect combination of comfortable and cozy ~ for our family.

Great home, close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Emily was super responsive with instructions to get in and check out info. Comfy beds and clean home. Would stay there again!

The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to the main entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is also close to several great restaurants and coffee shops, which made dining out effortless. Highly recommend for anyone visiting RMNP!

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this home. We enjoy coming up here to get away and relax. And this Airbnb is the perfect place for us. It has everything we need and most importantly. A nice little backyard for our two dachshunds. We will be coming back to stay here again. This is the only place we stay when we’re in Estes Park. Vickie and Joe Secary

Our stay was awesome. Convenient location. Quiet and comfortable

Our family chose this property because it had easy access for our mobility challenged parents. Communication was excellent. We didn’t have many questions after reserving because the house guide was so thorough! Excellent check-in and check-out instructions. The location was great. We were impressed with all the paper products that were provided and the nice touch of the Christmas ornament gift. Abundant supply of fluffy towels, plenty of TV’s. The kitchen was well stocked. Well placed USB charging points. The patio chairs were not comfortable-no pads- and were in rough shape. There is light that comes through the basement bedroom windows even with the privacy blinds drawn, bring a sleep mask. Elizabeth was responsive during the stay when we reported a missing wine opener, a few cleaning concerns and questions about the queen bed downstairs. The location, overall condition of the property and great communication makes this a solid, reliable choice for many families.

This is a great place to stay! We had multiple families and with bedrooms upstairs and down it gave everyone their own private space. It was super clean, well stocked and the owner was very responsive for questions. Definitely would recommend.

Singing our daughter and CSU student for her birthday for the long weekend. Perfect stay for me, my wife and youngest daughter - and would have been plenty of room for a few more. We love Fort Collins and this was a convenient location from campus and easy walk to old town, breweries and our favorite restaurants on and around college ave.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, and the listing was exactly as described. The house had plenty of space, and having three full bathrooms was a huge plus, especially while traveling with our young adult children. There were plenty of games, bikes, and activities to keep everyone entertained. Overall, a great experience!
