This property is shared with local wildlife & nestled in the rocks with views of ‘The Notch’ on Longs Peak & Eagle Cliff Mountain. We are only minutes from local restaurants, shopping, & attractions. Rocky Mt National Park is just footsteps from our front porch.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

Reflective of the era in which it was built, with low ceilings (7 foot!) & cozy spaces, as well as a private patio. (NO A/C. NO pets.) The cottage is in a residential cul-de-sac 3 blocks UP the hill from the center of town. 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minute drive to The Stanley & Safeway, walkable .7 mile to Skyview. Outside there is a fully fenced backyard for everyone to enjoy, including your pup! Private entrance and parking.

Cozy EP cottage close to Main Street, the Stanley and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy downtown EP yet experience the wildlife of Estes. There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.
