Loft holiday rentals in Larimer County

Such a great place stay as it was in the middle of the town and eat access to all the shops and Ricky mountain NP. Andrew and Jennie were very responsive and gave us lots of helpful tips! Definitely recommend starting here!

We stayed here for graduation weekend at CSU and couldn’t have picked a better home base. The place was easy to find, retrieving the key was easy, and we loved being so close to the many restaurants, shops, coffee places, and so much ice cream! It is a college town and it was graduation weekend, so yes, there was some celebratory noise in the air. Think laughter, music, late night trains, and the unmistakable sound of someone very confidently explaining their startup idea at 1 a.m. But we knew the recipe of college kids + degrees + downtown bars = a rite of passage! Honestly, it added to the charm and reminded us why we came in the first place. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to relax between ceremonies and parties. Highly recommend if you’re in town to celebrate and want to be close to the action without sacrificing comfort.

My family loved our stay at Andy and Jennie’s river loft! The loft was roomy, clean and had all needed amenities, and the location truly couldn’t be beat – perfectly situated in the middle of Estes Park and in walking distance to everything in downtown, plus a 10 min drive to RMNP. Andy was extremely responsive and proactive, ensuring to check in with us to see how our stay was going. Plus, he kindly accommodated a last minute request for a later checkout. We definitely plan to stay here again!

So much fun to be right in the heart of Old Town! Everything was easily walkable, including delicious coffee right downstairs. The apartment is spacious and inviting, with comfortable beds and a very nice shower. We will be back!

Great location, we love Estes! Loved the balcony and fireplace kept us nice and warm after a nice winter hike in RMNP

This place is FANTASTIC! The beds are so comfortable, it’s so open, and everything is right within walking distance. Even though it’s right downtown, it was so quiet! Parking was very close and easy. Lots of games for the kids to play, awesome place!

We had a great stay at Stacey's Loft in Estes Park. The location was perfect. Exiting the building puts you right on Elkhorm St, very walkable to several souvenir shops and restaurants. The Loft was just perfect. We loved the king bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need. It was very roomy. We loved the live edge dining table. The back porch overlooked a stream. I would highly recommend Stacey's loft.

This place was perfect! It has everything you need within walking distance. It is large and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back soon. Christina had everything that you would need to cook or sit back and relax. Enjoy the nightlife in downtown by just walking out the front door. Even though you are in the center of downtown you do not hear any noise from the weekend crowd. You won’t be disappointed whether you are a family or just friends taking a weekend trip!

We have stayed at this beautiful loft several times. It’s very convenient to Old Town, spacious, comfortable; and just as shown in pictures. Christine is a wonderful host. Would 10/10 recommend.
