The interiors have been designed by a well known (local) interior designer to enhance the canerian ambience, and exteriors by a specialist architect from Mallorca, and spread over 375 sqm 4036 sqf of garden terraces and sunshaded chill out areas including a mature subtropical/Palm gardens, a private Infinity swimming pool 3.00 wide x 5.50 long, plus 150 Cm to 170 cm deep, heated in winter/autumn/early spring with a featured covered lounge terrace and large L shaped daybed/garden sofa, coffee table, and subdued led garden and overhead lighting , a wind protected sunbathing terrace , with sun-loungers and designer sunshades with rustling palm trees with wild nesting canaries, overlooking the coastline and islands of Lobos, and Fuerteventura. A profesional lava stone barbecue (Gas fired) has just been installed, which gives a special BBQ flavoured food, on the special lowering grill for optimal cooking conditions.
