Townhouse holiday rentals in Lanzarote

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Canela. Celle-ci est très confortable et fidèle à l’annonce. Je la recommande ++. Juste une petite remarque pour améliorer encore plus la qualité de ce logement : la maison est faite pour 12 personnes. Or, à l’intérieur, la table est pour 8 personnes. Le dernier soir, il faisait frais et il a plu. Nous n’avons donc pas pu manger à l’extérieur. Nous nous sommes rabattus à l’intérieur mais n’avons malheureusement pas pu tous manger ensemble ce qui est dommage. C’est néanmoins le seul petit point négatif que j’ai trouvé à cette location qui est exceptionnelle.

We enjoyed our short stay in Punta Mejures, Villa set in quiet neighborhood and close to swimming pools.

What a great villa! So spacious - each room was large and the ceilings were high so it felt airy. I read that other people felt it was dark, but for us it was a bonus to be shady and cool. There is no air conditioning, but it was a comfortable temperature inside even without the ceiling and floor-standing fans provided. There are 3 terraces so you can always sit on one facing the sun if you want. We loved the direct access to the pool too - it was a bit chilly being unheated but that's the same as most places in Lanzarote. The villa was very well equipped. There was every piece of kitchen equipment we could wish for, a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There was a washing machine which was really useful, especially with the large rack to hang the clothes out to dry. Plenty of bedding and towels were provided, we only had to bring our own beach towels. The hosts were extremely responsive; a couple of little issues arising were resolved within hours. 100% recommend.

La casa es muy tranquila, se disfruta el silencio. Espaciosa, muy bien equipada. La terraza es muy bonita. Se disfruta mucho y está cerca de las mejores playas de la isla. Nos encantó!

Ich liebte diese Wohnung. Alles in der Nähe Geschäfte Restaurants. Pablo war Fabulous er war immer verfügbar. Liddle Spar um die Ecke. OOOh die Balcolny Wir liebten es soooo viel, es war große . sitzen in der Sonne trinken ein Glas Wein In der Sonne liegen. Ich kann dieses Apartment zu 100% empfehlen. Die Bushaltestelle (161 für Flughafentransfers) 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Biosphäre Einkaufszentrum 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war eine gute Größe Super sauber. Waschmaschine Voll ausgestattete Küche alles was man braucht. Und viele Restaurants in der Nähe, wenn Sie nicht kochen wollen.PDcarmen-Promenade 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, je nachdem, wie schnell man geht :-) Pablo Danke Wir liebten unsere Zeit dort diese Wohnung machte unseren Urlaub eine perfekte Zeit. traurig zu verlassen. Und die Blumen und den kleinen Garten auf der balcolny es war wie zu Hause von zu Hause alles in allem Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn jemals in Lanzarote und dies ist verfügbar :-) Thank You Take Care

Estancia perfecta con amigos, segunda vez que la visito y no defrauda

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento de Yaiza. Es cómodo y grande para seis. Disfrutamos mucho desayunando en la terraza. Además Yaiza ha estado muy solícita y diligente para solucionar cualquier duda o problema que se nos planteó. Tan sólo echamos en falta un pequeño armario o una cómoda que diera servicio a una de las habitaciones de arriba para no tener que compartirlo. Por lo demás, genial

Todo perfecto, Jacobo una persona atenta me escribió días antes indicando todo y por si tenías dudas, estuvo pendiente en todo momento, respondía muy rápido y la casa estaba espectacular, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto, y en la mitad de la isla, te pilla todo desde allí máximo a 35 minutos, con lo cual encantados, todo limpio, y perfecto, tienes un súper enfrente para comprar que abre los 7 días, encantado con la casa, mil gracias

We regularly stay in Playa Blanca and San Marcial in particular, the location of this property is perfect for us, it has easy access to the coastal path and from there left to Papagayo or right to Rubicon Marina, a short walk away with excellent and varied restaurants and the twice weekly market, or further on to Playa Blanca itself. There are 2 supermarkets very close (1 British) at end of street, local bus stop nearby and runs twice an hour. You should visit Antonio's cafe for friendly service and delicious coffee located beside the Hiperdino. We visited in November and the sun could be found in the garden from early morning until late afternoon. There was a very slight issue, however, Jorge whose english is excellent, immediately responded to text with phone call and resolved same. Overall an excellent experience and we would definitely return again.

Casa Layka, un oasis en la Asomada (Lanzarote), una casa con una anfitriona que te hace sentir como en tu casa, comodidad, buen gusto, limpieza, atención al inquilino, detalles de bienvenida, de despedida, si la casa es un diez....que decir de Ani, una persona encantadora, tiene preparadas rutas, recomendaciones con los restaurantes, total atención en todo momento al inquilino, y por último comentar que tras un día largo de playa nos dejó como detalle unas papas arrugas con mojo que nos supieron a gloria. Gracias Ani por estos días de descanso, de amabilidad, de detalles y de total atención hacia nosotros.

Sweet marina was just as described. Ideally located and easy to find. We were able to enjoy sunshine or shade from morning until sunset using either front garden or rear terrace. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Merethe was a brilliant host ….good check in / check out instructions, quick to respond to our queries.

Wat een heerlijk appartement! Mooi, schoon, modern en huiselijk. En nog ruimer dan de weergave op de foto’s. We hebben een comfortabel verblijf gehad. Ook de omgeving was rustig, veel vriendelijke mensen en supermarkten dichtbij. Echt een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Bedankt. Ook aan de co-host die ons zo vriendelijk ontvangen heeft. Enig puntje van aandacht is dat we zelf het traphekje en stopcontact beschermers moesten plaatsen.

What an incredible find with an outstanding host. The Airbnb is in the perfect location for those looking to be close to everything but not in the middle of tourist central. I was able to explore the whole island with this as my home base. Malena was so kind and helpful. Truly she went above and beyond. From local recommendations to free sunscreen, beach towels, beach chairs, etc she did everything possible to be helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough

Bien ubicado, ningún problema para aparcar, la casa igual a las fotos, fue muy amable y contestaba rápido, recomendable

We had a lovely stay in Villa Alsol. The area is quiet yet just 10 minutes walk along the coastal path to the marina and its abundance of eateries and the venue for the Saturday and Wednesday Markets. The Hypo Dino supermarket was just around the corner too, so an easy walk for shopping. The villa was very well appointed, there was nothing it didn’t have that we needed. The WiFi was good but required using the QR code which did mean I couldn’t connect my kindle, so make sure you have your kindle books pre downloaded. Manuel and his girlfriend couldn’t have been more helpful and communication was friendly, responsive and all round excellent throughout our stay. The pool wasn’t heated , but it reached 22 degrees in April and we swam every day. We loved it there and will certainly consider returning. Thanks Manuel and Cinzia.
