Breve soggiorno in famiglia con tutti i comfort per vivere una vacanza rilassata. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia Cagliari che le spiagge. Comodo a supermercati e ristoranti. Host estremamente proattivo nelle risposte e si è davvero preso cura di noi! Torneremo!

Our stay in Cagliari was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredibly central location of our accommodation. Being right in the heart of the city made it so easy to explore all the top tourist spots without any hassle. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our trip. The host was exceptional—extremely welcoming, attentive and responsive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful Sardinian treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the host remained incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our needs and queries. We were especially grateful for the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Despite our early landing, the host kindly arranged an early check-in, and when one of our group fell ill, he graciously allowed a late checkout, ensuring we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we left Cagliari extremely happy 😁

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

Le séjour était parfait. La Sardaigne est magnifique, pleine d'histoire, de plages et de belles montagnes. L'appartement proposé est très grand, propre, bien équipé et beau. L'hote est très gentille, accessible et flexible. Le quartier est vivant avec beaucoup de restos, cafés et commodités. Il y a assez peu de touristes donc on passe le séjour avec les sardes et les prix sont très abordables. La plage est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Rien à dire.

Un petit sejour expess mais tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment très acceuillant il nous a donné pleins de bons tuyaux pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout était préparé avec soin et le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Alloggio utilizzato per mini soggiorno di due notti. Funzionale e ben servito,con i collegamenti per mare e centro di Cagliari a due passi. Staff cordiale e disponibile....non posso che esprimere la mia soddisfazione per questo soggiorno.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Silvia. L’appartement est très bien situé, le stationnement à proximité est gratuit, la plage est accessible à pied, très proche du centre ville. Silvia est une hote extrêmement agréable, et très réactive. Elle est également très flexible quand à l’arrivée et au départ. Je recommande vivement l’appartement de Silvia pour votre séjour à Cagliari!

Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Leonardo hat immer zügig geantwortet. auch war er immer sehr freundlich. vielen Dank, gerne wieder ☺️

Daniele e la moglie Serena sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa : accoglienti e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Ci hanno fornito parecchie indicazioni utili sia sui ristoranti di Cagliari che sui luoghi più belli da visitare. Non potremmo segnalare veramente nulla di negativo ma solo ringraziare Daniele e Serena per averci permesso un soggiorno così piacevole. Speriamo di poter tornare. Maria e Roberto

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Merveilleux séjour à la Mariachiara. Maison très confortable. Vue incroyable. Extérieurs très bien aménagés (piscine, transats, terrasse couverte pour déjeuner, table de Ping Pong, cuisine d’été et jeux pour enfants). Localisation idéale avec la mer proche. Commerces proches et Chiara pour nous aider à organiser la découverte de la région. Services en option (dîner, activité pour les enfants) très pratiques. Alain et Chiara très gentils et toujours disponibles avant et pendant le séjour. À noter tout de même : piscine non sécurisée.

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

Hemos pasado unas estancia maravillosa. La casa tenía todo lo necesario. En medio de la naturaleza pero con todos los servicios muy cercanos a pie. Lo mejor de la casa, la ducha al aire libre, rodeada de vegetación. Y tener huevos frescos cada día… fantástico. Un plus de la casa. La anfitriona de 10, nos dejo alimentos de bienvenida excelentes, siempre muy pendiente y atenta. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Nous avons adoré passer quelques jours chez Stefano. L'appartement est superbe et on s'y sent bien. Il est très bien décoré et parfaitement situé. Nous recommandons.

Davide è stato una bravissima persona ,educato ,è la casa corrisponde alla descrizione,disponibile e molto flessibile per il check in ,molto apprezzato i volantini turistici e cartina della Sardegna è un Pdf riassuntivo su informazioni utili di vario genere dove andare come fare la raccolta differenziata tutto molto semplice. La casa è dotata di buona connesione internet ,TV microonde, forno piano cottura posate piatti ecc..,Frigo Lavatrice asciugatrice stendino, Phon e ferro da stiro ,2 ventilatori x le 2 stanze da letto,insomma tutto l'essenziale per vivere persino biancheria per il letto e asciugamani. Anche se è al 3 piano senza ascensore ha un pregio che è ventilato e con i ventilatori si dorme bene è non è stato in problema per 4 persone (2 adulti è 2 bimbi).per il resto lo consiglio a tutti mi sono trovato bene alla prossima.

Apartamento super confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem todos os itens necessários. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pelos pais de Maurizio. Localização é excelente para ir à Praia do Poetto. Tem bastante vagas de garagem na frente do prédio. Simplesmente perfeito!

Cristina es una excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de cualquier duda o petición. El departamento amplio, luminoso, limpio, sin ruido y lleno de detalles que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente.

un luogo raccolto e essenziale, chiuso in un patio condiviso, ottimo per chi ha figli piccoli, perchè non ci sono pericoli che escano in strada e ci sono i giardini attrezzati proprio di lato al cancello. Luogo da cui è facile spostarsi per raggiungere spiagge meravigliose o stagni con i fenicotteri.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Bett war super bequem & die Küche war richtig gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war herzlich & ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert & Matteo hat sehr schnell, freundlich & zuvorkommend auf meine Wünsche & Fragen reagiert. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Die Gegend war ruhig & sehr schön. Läden & Restaurants sind bequem in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung & der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Cagliari und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einer Top-Lage, die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurant) in der Nähe. Wir können diese Wohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen ! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

C esperienza a 5 stelle. Paolo è un host cordiale e disponibile, la casa è incantevole ed in posizione molto strategica! Torneremo volentieri.

Ho trascorso con mia moglie e il nostro gatto 15 giorni nell'appartamento di Fabio, che si é rivelato essere un padrone gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento é moderno, dotato di ogni confort ed é posto al centro di tanti servizi utili, quali supermercati, pizzerie, farmacia. Consigliatissimo sopratutto anche per chi viaggia con animali.
