La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Licenza IUN Q0750 Ampio e confortevole monolocale Si trova in posizione centrale da quasi tutti i luoghi da visitare a Sud o a Nord. La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. I mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. ci sono Tende Zanzariere anti insetti. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere della terrazza. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne . Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.
