Short family stay with all the comforts for a relaxed vacation. Great location to reach both Cagliari and the beaches. Convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. Extremely proactive host in responses and really took care of us! We'll be back!

Our stay in Cagliari was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredibly central location of our accommodation. Being right in the heart of the city made it so easy to explore all the top tourist spots without any hassle. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our trip. The host was exceptional—extremely welcoming, attentive and responsive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful Sardinian treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the host remained incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all our needs and queries. We were especially grateful for the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Despite our early landing, the host kindly arranged an early check-in, and when one of our group fell ill, he graciously allowed a late checkout, ensuring we were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we left Cagliari extremely happy 😁

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

A short stay expess but everything was perfect, the owner is really very welcoming he gave us lots of good tips for a great holiday. Everything was prepared with care and the accommodation is tastefully decorated. We hope to be back soon.

A home used for a two-night mini stay. Functional and well-served,with connections to the sea and downtown Cagliari a stone's throw away. Friendly and helpful staff....I can only express my satisfaction with this stay.

I had a great time and the house was cozy, but unfortunately I had problems with the hot water and it was not resolved until the last. Efficient communication.

Daniele and his wife Serena were excellent hosts: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel as if we were at home. They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

What a lovely place! Great view, right close to the beautiful beach and very private. There was lots of toys and activities at the house so also the kids were never bored! The host was super helpful, when we had some questions she answered straight away, they even had made a great little map to find all the places for shopping, eating and snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Beautiful view with sunrise if you're an early riser! The house is perfectly equipped, just like home! The pool is lovely when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family!

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything you need. Surrounded by nature but with all the amenities within walking distance. The best thing about the house is the outdoor shower, surrounded by vegetation. And having fresh eggs every day… fantastic. A plus for the house. The host was a 10, she left us excellent welcome food, always very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Davide was a very good person, polite, the house matches the description, available and very flexible for check-in, the tourist flyers and map of Sardinia are very appreciated, it's a PDF summary of useful information of various kinds on where to go, how to do the separate waste collection, everything very simple. The house is equipped with good internet connection, TV, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, dishes, etc., fridge, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, hairdryer and iron, 2 fans for the 2 bedrooms, in short, all the essentials for living, even bed linens and towels. Although it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it has a plus that is ventilated and with the fans you sleep well and it was not a problem for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). For the rest I recommend it to everyone I had a good time, see you next time.

Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

Cristina is an excellent host, always available for any questions or requests. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean, quiet and full of details that made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

a collected and essential place, enclosed on a shared patio, great for those with small children, because there are no dangers that go out into the street and there are equipped gardens right next to the gate. A place where it's easy to get around to wonderful beaches or ponds with flamingos.

The place was very clean. The bed was super comfortable & the kitchen was really well equipped. The reception was warm & I felt very welcome. The communication was uncomplicated & Matteo responded very quickly, friendly & courteous to my wishes & questions. The location was also very good. The area was quiet & very nice. Shops & restaurants are conveniently within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a great apartment & the ideal starting point to explore Cagliari and the surrounding area.

We had a great time. We felt right at home. The apartment is in a top location, the terrace is beautiful. The hosts can always be reached and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Everything you need (supermarket, restaurant) nearby. We can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience ! Thanks for the wonderful time!

I spent with my wife and our cat for 15 days in Fabio's apartment, who turned out to be a kind and helpful master. The apartment is modern, equipped with every comfort and is located in the center of many useful services, such as supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacy. Highly recommended especially for those traveling with animals.
