St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

Domaine Le Jonchet Studio

18 m² equipped studio located in a former wine estate on the heights of Cambes, 20 km from Bordeaux. The setting is green and private parking is available for your use. The property includes a small theater and performances take place on Friday nights, Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and stay in the Mazerolle treehouse. Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude. Perched 7 meters high, it will seduce you with its stunning views of the surrounding oak and pine treetops. Accessible by a staircase, it can accommodate 4 people.

In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² garden, renovated in 2020, enjoy a self-contained 90 m² accommodation unit in a wing of the house, complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.
