This house is located in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It's a very quiet place, not overlooked but close to the city and the traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the area is a very good base for visiting the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

On the banks of the Estey

A lovely little haven where you can enjoy the Bordeaux region and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Bordeaux is a 30-minute drive away, the Bay of Arcachon is 1 hour away, and Saint-Émilion is 30 minutes away! The house has a small, very cosy terrace and a new small pool (not heated) for enjoying the Gironde sunshine!
