A lovingly furnished accommodation in a rustic half-timbered house. Centrally located, everything was within walking distance. The communication was friendly and flawless. Recommended!

First of all, the house is in a prime location. The old town of Goslar is entirely within walking distance and in 5 minutes you are at the market square, great! Also important: the house is very complete and comfortable. Everything seems to have been thought of in terms of amenities. We appreciated the toys, always nice not to have to bring them with us on a trip. The bed also feels luxurious and comfortable. Personally, we like a slightly more atmospheric interior, but that is different for everyone. The host is very friendly! The house is quietly situated on a courtyard, overlooking old roofs and half-timbered houses. If you want to stay in Goslar, we would definitely recommend this house!

We spent a weekend at Ute's. And had a nice time with friends. The check-in and check-out worked well. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen invites you to cook together. The kitchen is well equipped and in general there are enough refrigerators and a freezer. There are many places to sit in the yard, whether under the oak tree or in the deck chairs. Ute answered all questions quickly and is very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

It was just great, dear Maren! Even with 6 people and a baby, we had enough space in your house, especially the super-equipped kitchen and the terraces we liked very much. We highly recommend your house.

We immediately felt comfortable in Elke's house. For us and even for our dog there were welcome snacks, everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The furnishings of the house, the great garden with attention to detail and the many things that were ready for our dog we have rarely experienced so far. We booked Olgas and Ralf's place for our family holiday with 7 adults and 5 children and are thrilled! I think I have never lived in a home that fits so perfectly for the stay of large groups, especially with children, and is also so lovingly and very stylishly furnished. Great location in a sweet place. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The rooms are very lovingly decorated. The floor creaks very loudly, but it is also just an old house :) the communication was great, very helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay! The apartment and balcony are super cozy and the view of Bad Grund is unbeatable! We sat almost exclusively outside and enjoyed - both morning and evening in any weather...the balcony is protected from rain and wind. You can tell the love for detail - nothing was missing! Katharina and Andre made our days great with tips for hikes and excursions and their warm manner. Restaurants, shopping, cafes and hiking trails are all on the doorstep. Thanks for having us :)

We had a really nice and relaxing stay. The photos correspond to the status on site. The apartment was super easy to find, there were clear instructions and very nice and uncomplicated communication. Overall, a very tidy and clean apartment without a lot of frills. Everything that is needed for living and living is available. The small private terrace, included in a beautiful garden, offered a beautiful outdoor seating area. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. In my opinion, a good price-performance ratio. In terms of location, you only have to accept a few kilometres more, depending on what you want to discover and explore in the Harz, but you know this in advance and the overall package is right. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. The view is wonderful and the area is very quiet. Peter is very friendly. The apartment is as described and as shown in the pictures, very lovingly and modernly furnished.

The accommodation is clean, superbly equipped for its small size and completely sufficient for a few relaxing days as a couple. For sunny days, there is even a small seating area on the terrace - a nice plus. We enjoyed our stay. Adnan is always available and also inquires in between. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable and well cared for. Ulrike quickly got back to us with questions and the apartment was clean. Restaurants and, for example, the Samson pit were within walking distance and there was a folder with tips and suggestions for activities. The guest cards were also taken care of. Clear recommendation!

Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a holiday apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic food items if shopping was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the lovely stay. 🤩👍🏼

The newly renovated apartment is beautifully furnished in a typical Harz house. It was clean and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and cozy, the surroundings quiet and beautiful. From there, you can start all kinds of excursions in the Harz. Falko also provided a hiking guide and various suggestions for spontaneous activities. Games and books are also provided for rainy days. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

the apartment is equipped to a high standard, very above average for a holiday apartment. Unfortunately, we hardly had time and it is possible to use the amenities, as we were traveling from very early to very late.

My husband and I found Karin's accommodation simply cozy and felt at home! So we could enjoy our evening in the accommodation in the rain. The location was great for hiking right away. Down the mountain and you can take the cable car to the Wurmberg. Restaurants and small cafes are within walking distance. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice time and would be happy to come back to the "Stadtflucht".
