The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique residence with a past as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a fridge, hotplate, mini oven and electric kettle. Free coffee and tea.

The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds. My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
