The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Catty‘s AirBnB single apartment is in a strategic area, to the Hauptstuhl train station takes only 8-10 mins by walking. The location is a very peaceful. It is close to LMRC (5 mins driving), Miesau Army Depot is only 8 minutes driving or 20 minutes biking and also RAB (10-15 mins, depends on the traffic time. To Kaiserslautern only takes 20 mins by train as well by driving. To Landstuhl only takes 5 mins. Burg Nanstein (castle) in Landstuhl is always nice to be seen.

I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in a way that you can work efficiently in the home office and also relax. This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
