Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Outside the kitchen, bathed in morning light, is a small outdoor area with a breakfast nook, and facing the sea is a waterfront plot with a furnished cabin. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå Harbour and Helsingborg to the north, across Denmark and Ven, and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which can be seen on clear days. It's a couple of kilometres to the centre of Rydebäck, and the nearest restaurant is about a 10-minute walk away.

Cozy little house on two floors in the picturesque neighborhoods around Kvarntorget in Landskrona. Close to the city center, the sea and the train station. At the back, there is a fantastically nice, lush little garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue available during the summer half-year. The area is cozy with nice neighbors, and across the street there is a small playground with a slide and swings. The house is centrally located, walking distance to Landskrona Center and the sea as well as a good starting point for excursions in Skåne!

A few minutes' walk will take you to beautiful Maryhill Estate, which offers a restaurant & pool club. From the accommodation, it is also close to several golf courses & beautiful hiking trails!

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Take the boat to Vackra Ven, hire a bike and cycle around the island! Take the train to Helsingborg and possibly continue by boat to Helsingör!
