The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The Red House in Veytal

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
