Private entrance through the garage, you are welcome to store needed items. 5 minute drive to Light Rail. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Downtown Denver 15 mins away, Golden 10 mins away, Red Rocks 12 mins away.

Due to the young family upstairs, this should not be considered a loud party place or one where you expect silence during the day. Quiet hours after 8 PM.

No smoking—cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana. No Pets or animals.

Red Rocks & Denver Views

Guest suite located near Red Rocks and Golden with private entry and private parking spot. Our place is great for those heading to a concert at Red Rocks or coming to/from the mountains! Easy access to Highway 6 and Interstate 70. We don’t recommend our guest suite for those with allergies to cats- our friendly cat lives upstairs with us but wanders downstairs between guests. And as we have a steep mountainside backyard, the Airbnb is not suitable for young children.
